Yes — for the vast majority of homes, the number in the quote tool is exactly what you pay. A few of the largest size tiers are marked “starting at” or “Custom Quote” (very large homes, for example), and we’ll confirm your exact price before booking in those cases.

Yes — weekly service gets 15% off, and bi-weekly gets 10% off, already built into the pricing you see in the quote tool. Every-4-weeks is billed at standard pricing.

Nope — most customers aren’t. Just let us know your preferred entry method when you book (lockbox, door code, or you’re welcome to be there to let your cleaner in).

A background-checked, professionally reviewed cleaner matched to your job from the One:18 network. Every cleaner completes a background check and an in-person review before they’re ever eligible to take a booking.

Yes — if you loved your cleaner, let us know and we’ll do our best to match you with them for future visits.

Standard is your recurring upkeep visit. Deep Cleaning is a more thorough first-time reset (baseboards, inside appliances, grout) and is required before starting recurring service. Move-In/Move-Out is a full reset for empty homes, including inside cabinets and closets. See the Services & Pricing page for full details.

Both — Initial Deep Cleanings and Move-In/Move-Out cleanings are one-time services on their own. Standard Cleaning is priced for recurring service (weekly, bi-weekly, or every 4 weeks).
