These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the One:18 Cleaning (“One:18,” “we,” “us”) website and booking services. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
One:18 provides an online platform for Houston-area homeowners and renters to receive instant residential cleaning quotes and book service. Cleaning services are performed by independent, vetted cleaning professionals matched to your booking; they are not employees of One:18.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes generated through our online tool are based on the information you provide. Most quotes reflect a final, flat-rate price. Quotes marked “starting at” or “Custom Quote” are estimates and will be confirmed with you before your booking is finalized.
Recurring service discounts (weekly and bi-weekly) are reflected in the pricing shown at checkout.
Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment incur no charge. Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance are subject to a 25% fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations are billed at 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost (the “One:18 Promise”).
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your home and safe, lawful access to the service address at the scheduled time. Please secure or disclose any fragile items, valuables, pets, or hazards in advance.
Independent Contractors
Cleaning professionals matched through One:18 operate as independent contractors and are responsible for the manner and means of the cleaning services they perform. One:18 facilitates matching, scheduling, and payment through this platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One:18’s liability for any claim arising from services booked through this site is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
